30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible, please contact us first at Support@breezo.company with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please email us at busines.01@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or a short video showing the problem. In most cases we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund right away — without requiring you to ship the item back.
How Refunds Work
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to offer a refund or replacement in the following cases: requests made more than 30 days after delivery, items damaged through misuse, or change-of-mind requests where the product has been used or is not in resellable condition.
Order Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still request a return after delivery under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
